Chi Bang, B.A. Pre-Med, CPT became passionate about fitness after training and working in hospitals and other healthcare settings as a pre-med undergrad. As founder of CLIENTEL3, Chi’s mastery of multiple training modalities made him a sought-after trainer to athletes of all levels, including David Ortiz of the Boston Red Sox and several Athens Summer Olympics athletes. Chi’s talent lies in his versatile application of strength, wrestling, boxing, mixed martial arts, nutrition and recovery from injuries and surgeries. A 4-time national all-natural bodybuilding champion and IFPA and WBFF professional bodybuilder, Chi has recently been applying the concepts of MovNat: natural movement. This curriculum encompasses the skills and movements that the human body has lost its natural ability to perform due to advancements in modern technology.
